This bar is made with Valhrona Manjari 64% dark chocolate layered with toasted honey cake crumbs.

Inspiration
The layers in a traditional Russian Honey Cake taste like premium quality graham cracker. When developing a bar themed for Russia I thought that the crumbs used to decorate the sides of the honey cake would be well suited in both flavor and texture for a dark chocolate bar.
