This bar is made with Valrhona Araguani 72% dark chocolate, sourdough bread from Five Points Artisan Bakeshop, California olive oil and sea salt.

Inspiration

Each week, I pick up a loaf of bread from Five Points Artisan Bakeshop and when given the task to create a Northern California bar I started with the Squirrel Hill bakery. Their toasted sourdough bread, brushed with California Olive oil and sea salt is then enrobed in 72% dark chocolate. A fantastic pairing for a cup of coffee or a glass of California red wine.
