Inspiration
Growing up my parents loved taking the family to Maine for lobster. I didn’t appreciate the lobster as much as I did anything with blueberries. This bar was created with a lobster crawl in mind. In my opinion, the best course was the last one—the blueberry pie. This chocolate bar is studded with dried organic blueberries and flaky piecrust and garnished with maple sugar.
