Inspiration
A few years ago, I traveled to Kerala to gain knowledge in the world of Ayurvedic medicine. The healing properties of the native spices of India were the inspiration for this bar. Cardamom pairs beautifully with chocolate and gives warmth to the milk chocolate bar.
