This bar is made with 70% Valrhona Guanaja chocolate, carmelized cocoa nibs and Brittany sea salt.

Inspiration

The foundation for my culinary training began at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris where I studied cuisine, pastry and wines. Many international workshops and training sessions followed my graduation; however, French traditions will also inform how I approach ingredients and techniques in the kitchen. The France bar is deceptively simple. Caramelized cocoa nibs and Brittany sea salt are the inclusions in 70% Valrhona chocolate. Nothing represents the French approach to chocolate work better than classic quality ingredients and technical execution.
